All artwork purchased on this website "dropbearsaredangerous.com" is bound by the following "terms and conditions".
By buying a print, the "buyer"/"consumer" ("you") has acknowledged and accepted the "terms and conditions".
Terms and Conditions
1. Purchasing and Ordering
1.1 The buyer is responsible for placing the order via the website "dropbearsaredangerous.com" or by email "prints@dropbearsaredangerous.com".
1.2 The buyer is responsible for ordering the correct print(s) and size.
1.3 Payment is required in full (100%) before printing will proceed.
1.4 For orders inside Australia and Canada, all sales taxes are included.
1.5 Orders are only accepted by "Dropbears are Dangerous Photography" upon your receipt of our order confirmation via email.
1.6 "Dropbears are Dangerous Photography" reserves the right to reject and cancel any order by the buyer for any reason.
2. Printing
2.1 All print(s) are made to order. Production time can be up to 6 weeks from ordering.
2.2 Prints are supplied without a frame unless agreed at ordering.
2.3 All images shown on "dropbearsaredangerous.com" or any social media site related to 'Dropbears are Dangerous Photography', indicate the prints available for sale. The buyer accepts there can be variances in digital viewing displays which may differ from the final product.
3. Delivery
3.1 Once the print(s) are manufactured and ready for delivery, Dropbears are Dangerous Photography will notify the buyer that delivery has begun.
3.2 Once payment is received, the ownership of the print belongs to the buyer.
3.3 Delivery will be complete when the print(s) arrive at the address the buyer specified when ordering.
3.4. Any damage during delivery must be raised with photographic evidence to Dropbears are Dangerous Photography within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
3.4.1 Photographic evidence must show damage or areas of concern to the print(s) and packaging. Photographs must include a shipping label and a photo of the entire package.
3.5 After 24 hours of delivery, print(s) have been deemed to be received and accepted in good condition.
3.6 The buyer is responsible for paying any import tax a country outside Australia, or Canada introduces during delivery.
4. Returns and refunds
4.1 Returns due to damaged print(s) during delivery as noted in 3.4 & 3.4.1 will be replaced for free. The damaged print(s) will need to be returned to "Dropbears are Dangerous Photography" via courier at the expense of "Dropbears are Dangerous Photography".
4.2 Damage to print(s) during framing, mounting or installation by self-organized methods will not be refunded.
4.3 Refunds regarding "Change of Mind" before printing begins will be refunded in full (100%). After printing has started, a refund of half (50%) can be claimed. No refund will be given for "change of mind" after accepted delivery. "Change of mind" includes changing print size and different artwork selection.
4.4. Print(s) delivered in the incorrect size or artwork selection compared to order will be replaced for no charge. The incorrect print(s) will need to be returned to "Dropbears are Dangerous Photography" via courier at the expensive of "Dropbears are Dangerous Photography".
4.5 Returns will not be refunded due to failed delivery or failure to pay import tax. Any print(s) will remain the property of "Dropbears are Dangerous Photography" until an alternate delivery address or method has been provided.
5. Print Care
5.1 To attain the maximum lifespan of the print, the list below should be followed:
Place print behind material that can remove UV light
Avoid placing print in direct sunlight
Avoid touching prints with bare hands
All liquid, including harmful cleaning chemicals, must be avoided.
Extreme weather, exclusive of 0 to +30 Celsius, must be avoided.
